John Long was thrilled that so many members old and new came out to celebrate 20 years of Ajax Winter Tennis Club. John is pictured here with Mary Barlow and Marlene Tremblay, just two of the many people who came to watch while others took to the courts for a clinic or to try to win prizes by hitting ball cans strategically placed around the tennis court - an exercise that proved quite difficult even though there were a lot of targets and prizes.
After the tennis there was plenty of food and a cake for everyone to enjoy.
