EASTERN SENIOR INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Senior Indoor Nationals for Men 60 and Over were held at the Donalda Club in Toronto March 16 - 20.  Ontario players who placed well in this event were

O60 Singles Barry Goman, 3 Steve Fricker, 4 Louis Desmarteaux 

O60 Doubles Jim Cameron & Sydney Azancot (PQ), finalists: Rosti Barnkovsky & Sergey Borodulin

O65 Singles finalist: Rosti Brankovsky, 3 Daryl Howes-Jones.  

O65 Doubles champions: Daryl Howes-Jones and Dennis Ing

O70 Singles champion: Hani Ayoub,   Doubles champions: Hani  Ayoub & John Yeomans

O75 Singles Champion: Shaheer Mikhail, 3 Guido Weber 

O80 Singles Champion: Adrian Grice, 3 Morton Katz   Doubles Champions: David Brown & Morton Katz, 2. Adrian Grice & Jean Guy Violette (PQ) 3. Richard Arnold & Ken Dixon.

O85 Singles Champion: David Brown, 2 Richard Arnold, 3 Fred Metrick.

Very few Ontario women went to Montreal to play in the Eastern Senior Women's Indoor Nationals held at Cote de Liesse in April 6 to 10.  Congratulations to the following players for making the journey and placing well!
